Current Status
Changes to email forwarding are not fully propagating

UW Information Technology is aware of an issue that is causing changes to email forwarding to not fully propagate within Proofpoint. This is resulting in some mail going to the old destinations and some going to the new destinations.
The Proofpoint vendor has implemented a fix that appears to address the issue. Users are reporting successful changes; however, there may still be intermittent, longer than normal delays with new forwarding changes, including additions for new users.
UW-IT engineers and Proofpoint are continuing work to identify the problem and implement a permanent fix.
The next update will be provided at 12:00 pm on Tuesday 4/30/2024 unless more is known earlier.

Hello,
At this time UW-IT Engineers have fixed the problems that were causing MY UW Web Page 500 Error.
We are now resolving this incident and no further updates will be posted through it.
